I'm thinking that maybe we need to reconsider the awards/rewards. I'm finding myself struggling for nominations every month, and I sometimes come up with no choices...while other awards are being given to the same members every month (usually officers).

On that note, I'm thinking that we'll maybe space out the length of time between giving out the awards (so that we can more clearly find a nominee) and give a bigger reward when people get the awards.

ya.... thats probably the best idea, its usually the exact same ppl doing the same thing. and no offense to most of the members, but the guild feels like we are 20 or so ppl. the other members in the guild need to talk more and stuff.

sadly, from my experience most guilds seem to be that way. That a lot of people are only in guilds so they have a cape/guild hall, not to actually socialize or anything like that, and it ends up that the same handful of people talk while the other 60 or so members stay habitually silent.

Maybe i'm just unlucky but yeah people should talk more, maybe they will make a new in-game friend.
